• Have an updated list of your designated outlets.
• Have an updated list of your call cycles.
• Be aware of the Sales Supervisors / Salesman which call on designated outlets and their call cycles.
• Be familiar with the names of the Store Managers and their relevant
• Departmental Heads like Fresh Dairy UHT Supervisors in each store.
• Ensure that all Merchandising Directives/ Policies are being adhered to.
• Ensure that all Planograms are being adhered to.
• Ensure that you remove all product from shelves and lean before adding the newly delivered items.
• Have an updated list of all present and forthcoming promotional activities.Display all Promotion signs at the start of each Promotion cycle.
• Display the correct shelf tags and correct price points for all NADA S.K.Us.
• Take additional spaces where applicable and as often as you can in your stores.
• Send Pictures to your Trade Marketing Supervisor of all your Display after each store you call to each day.
• Sign in to each store daily and clearly sign the stores visitors book.
• Ensure that the Market Intelligence Reports are being completed timeously and then forwarded to your Trade Marketing Supervisor.
• Ensure that your Merchandiser Control Sheet is being completed.
• Attend all scheduled afternoon Merchandiser Meetings.
• Monitor the advent of any new product launches from the opposition.
• Assess your daily returns from your individual outlets.
• Uphold Merchandising Vehicle and Uniform Standards.
• Ensure that if Nada Coolers are in use in an outlet it is being properly maintained and merchandised.
• Ensure that the correct stock rotation procedures are being adhered to.
• Ensure P-Os are been collected Daily
• Ensure that crates are correctly stored in the stores ready for Salesman collections.
• Ensure weekly inventories are shared with your Supervisors.

Minimum requirement

• Secondary school certificate
• Basic Computer /English Communication.
• Driving License ( Light )
•  Similar Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverages Industry minimum 3 years.
• MANGOLIAN FACE
